We can find the illness that does not show any symptoms in physical examination findings using blood test results.

Why is so important to spay or neuter your pet?

Female cats and dogs often suffer of pyometra ( accumulation of purulent material within uterus), mammary gland tumours or diabetes. All those disorders are eliminated by castration or spaying.

There are so many not wanted dogs and cats that it is better for your dog and for you to spay or neuter the dog or cat.

Male cats and dogs suffer prostate or testicular cysts and tumours – that is also eliminated by castration.

Many of cats and dogs owners are afraid of sedation but we must remember that the well prepared and examination pet will get well after operation quickly and easily.

How do we do surgery?

• In the clinic we always give animal clinical examination we check the heart rate breathing pulse and temperature.

• If there is a heart murmur we order the cardiac examination and heart echo scan.

• We always do comple blood tests before the surgery.

• We check the kidney and liver function and morphology.

• We always use the modern sedation model individualized and depend for each patient.

• The owner can stay with a pet while pre medicated to surgery.

• After surgery, the patient gets a collar, bandage or special clothes as well as painkillers and individually submitted antibiotics.

• Pet gets home after operation well recover and stable.

• Next days we check sutures and general condition of the patient.

• The female cats are spayed on the lateral postilion the wound is very small 1,5 cm and cats recover very fast.

• After 10 days we take the sutures off.
